1. Purpose
These Terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Agoras (the "Company") and users in relation to the use of services provided by the Company.
2. Definitions
Definitions used in these Terms are as follows. - "Service" refers to onboarding and meetup services provided by the Company. - "User" refers to both members and non-members who use services provided by the Company under these Terms. - "Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information, continuously receives information from the Company, and may continue to use the Company's services.
3. Service Provision & Change
The Company provides the following services. - Onboarding service: collecting user profile information and providing matching - Meetup service: networking and meetup services among tech professionals The Company may change the content of services when necessary, and in such cases will announce the changed details and effective date in advance.
4. User Obligations
Users must not engage in the following actions. - Registering false information when applying or updating information - Misusing another person's information - Altering information posted by the Company - Transmitting or posting information (including software programs) other than information designated by the Company - Infringing intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company or third parties - Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or third parties
5. Personal Info Protection
The Company makes efforts to protect users' personal information. Personal information protection is governed by relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
